Belgian A.G.15
The Belgian A.G.15 used a rubber facepiece similar to the M1931 and M1934. It featured two 60mm glass eyepieces, and an exhale valve and filter connection in one metal assembly. Intended for civilian use, this example was made by L'Anti-Gaz in 1938.
L'Anti-Gaz = "Anti-Gas"
