Davis Type M-2 (J-M) Gas Mask
The Davis Emergency Equipment Company Type M-2 gas mask used an orange molded rubber facepiece similar in appearance to the U.S. M4-10A1-6 Lightweight Service Gas Mask. This example is shown in the J-M configuration, equipped with a JC-4 filter for Organic Vapors and Acid Gases. It was made in the early 1940's.
